68th Annual Independence MO Halloween Parade -- October 28th, 2017

The annual Independence Halloween Parade was attended by the GKCTCC again this year. The parade was a well attended event that was right after the young children trick or treated at the downtown businesses. This is one of the biggest parades in Jackson county.
