Buckner Festival In The Valley Parade—August 13, 2011

The Eastside Tractor Boys had a great time at the Buckner Festival In The Valley on Saturday, August 13th. Several members represented  the Two-Cylinder Club in fine fashion. Wes Storm brought his JD 630, Glenn Ratzlaff with his slant dash JD A, Lawrence Walter drove Glenn’s JD 60 (or should we say Linda’s), Don Miller had his JD A, Jerry Lee drove his JD B, along with his wife Bev, Kenny Read had his pristine JD 420 vegetable, Justin Read along with Dalamar drove a JD 330 Industrial, Ron Brittain with his JD 830, and Ron’s Uncle Doyle, driving Ron’s Farmall 1206 and Dan Hanna on his Farmall Super H. The judges failed to see the quality of our entry in the parade and did not give us a Trophy! Oh well, we sure did have fun. It was probably confusing to them with the Red and Green Tractors mixed together.  A question was generated at the beginning of the parade --- How many men does it take to push a Farmall Super H up hill?  Dan Hanna

P.S.—It takes 11 men and Dalamar
