Plow Day 2008
Plow Day 2008 is scheduled for Saturday March 22, 2008, at Mark Mienke's (Same place as last year) Farm Bonner Springs, Ks starting at 9:00 am till we get tired of plowing. We will have 200 acres if we want. Last year some of us plowed till about 6:00 pm. Lunch will be furnished. Directions will be available later. Stay in touch on the web for any changes. Thanks John
How to get there: Take Kansas Highway #32 West at Bonner Springs, (It is 4 miles to the farm) stay on #32 and follow the river. #32 will turn right(north) but go straight, the road will turn into Front Street and #32 Truck Route after crossing Railroad Tracks, Truck Route #32 will turn right(north) But go straight ahead the road will now turn into Loring Lane, stay on Loring Lane until you are 4 miles from where you turned off at Bonner Springs. You will see street #142nd , turn left and after crossing the Railroad Tracks it’s the first house on your left or east side of road Mark Meinke’s Farm.
