Tractor Daze / Mud Run -- July 10, 2010

Tractor Daze along with a Mud Run was held Saturday, July 10, 2010 at the National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. for Tractor Daze and 4:00 p.m. on for the Mud Run. The great weather provided for an enjoyable and pleasant atmosphere for many club activities that included a large tractor display (22), a large tractor pull (90 + hooks), a garden tractor pull, two pedal tractor pulls (47 hooks), and a parade of power. Following the 3:00 p.m. pedal pull, a drawing was held for the 1965 JD model 20 pedal tractor donated to the Ag. Hall. The tractor was won by LuCinda Crossman, Leavenworth, KS. Thanks to all of the club members and ladies who helped during Tractor Daze. Many other activities were provided by the Ag. Hall for the young and old alike. As activities were winding down for the day, Mud Run activities were starting up at 4:00 pm. WOW! What a day -- something for everyone.
